TAPP Sends Letter to the House and Senate Opposing the Recent NIST Guidance

Recently, TAPP responded to a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) request for information regarding the draft interagency guidance framework for considering the exercise of march-in rights. Today, TAPP aided Senator Coons (D-DE), Senator Tillis (R-NC), and Rep. Auchincloss (D-MA) in circulating a bipartisan letter to the House and Senate opposing the NIST guidance and encouraging their colleagues to sign onto it.
