TAPP Sends Thank-You Letter to the House and Senate Members Who Oppose NIST Proposal

TAPP sent a thank-you note to members of Congress who signed onto a letter to the Biden Administration opposing recently released NIST guidance that would facilitate the misapplication  of march-in authority under the Bayh-Dole Act.

In the thank-you note, TAPP wrote, "We believe the strength of American innovation rests on the maintenance of a strong intellectual property environment. Thus, we applaud you for opposing the NIST proposal and the infringement of innovators’ intellectual property rights that it would facilitate."
